Cardio is an important way to staying healthy and looking good just as lifting some weights and probaly loosing some pounds ! Cardiovascular is a short term is used for circulary system consisting of the heart and blood vessels in our body. In order to work out your heart is doing 30 minutes of cardio daily but its way better to try and reach 60 minutes a day(do the amoubt of time you feel comfortable with). Some people tend not to do at least the 30 minutes because of their body fat, but actully doing cardio can help you and your heart. So you should always give it a try and if you feel like giving up keep trying, dont give up.
Doing cardio to work your heart out is good because our heart is a muscle and if you dont work out your heart it can get weak like any other muscle. The intensity to have a good heart workout should get your heart rate to a 50-75% of your maximum heart rate. In order to get work out your heart is maybe go for a run, biking, tennis, etc. All the stuff you do daily can actually be a heart cardio and you dont even know it. So proabally wen you are tired of taking those stairs to work you can actually be getting a good workout.
The way i can live an healthier live is by actually stop eating junk and eat healthier and also do more exercise to stay in shape and keep my heart healthy. I am planning to go to the gym during vacation and eat healthier and eat some protein in order to stay healthy and my heart too. I plan to stay commided because keeping your heart healthy is very important to keeping yourself healthy to so remember get that cardio done and stay healthy!
